Great customer service, made my family feel so welcome. The breakfast was great. The rooms were nice and had nice showers. Will be back again.
Staff was very nice. But the air conditioner in our room was not working well. We called to have them come check it. They did send someone, said it would take about 10 minutes for us to start feeling the difference. Never happened. Everything else was great.
Place is great and has great service and b fast, the only thing I didn’t like is their beds they are hard and pillows to thin, also the room smelled like dirty mop when we got there..
The hotel is super clean...the beds are amazing and confi...the location is great..with nice view of the city..The breackfast is bombbbbb...and the stafff is great..100 x cent recomended
My first time here and it was a great experience, everything was looking good and the customer service was perfect, they helped us with the luggage and also we received some recommendations from things to do around the area.
Alejandro made our visit to TJ so wonderful and easy.. from restaurant reservations, to taking care of us at the hotel bar, setting us up with rides and keeping us laughing the whole time. And every morning Patricio would serve us like Kings and Queens with his lovely smile and kind personality. We felt so well taken care of and truly on vacation. Thank you to the whole staff for all your help with booking while we were here for a family wedding, which can be full of stress! We will be back to see you sooner than later
The servers at breakfast were excellent. They bought the coffee and toast to the table for us and they were very helpful. Pat and Javier were great they gave great service to not only us but the other guest at breakfast as well. They were happy and greeted everyone with a smile. Overall their service was great!
Special shout out to Senior Mario at the front desk who was especially attentive and kind after a particularly difficult trip. He answered all our questions with patience and knowledge. We were so appreciative that he went above and beyond to be helpful. We ask that Hampton Inn recognize Mario for his service. Thank you, Mario!
